Job description

Summary: We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our manufacturing team as an Entry-Level Machine Operator. This position involves operating various machines including CNC machines, folder machines, and press brake machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up machinery for operation according to job order specifications.
  • Load raw materials into machines.
  • Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning.
  • Conduct quality checks of produced parts to ensure adherence to tolerances.
  • Make adjustments to machine settings to control speed, material feed, and cut path.
  • Troubleshoot machine errors and perform basic maintenance tasks.
  • Clean machines and work area regularly.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:
