Job description

Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Nashua, NH to bring on experienced Machine Operators and Press Operators. These are full-time, temp-to-hire opportunities with strong long-term growth potential.

We are looking for candidates with experience operating technical manufacturing equipment. Direct press operating experience is preferred, but candidates with experience in CNC, extrusion, advanced machine operation, or similar equipment are encouraged to apply!

Position: Experienced Machine Operator / Press Operator
Location: Nashua, NH
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

2nd Shift: $25.00 – $29.00/hour + 15% shift differential
3rd Shift: $25.00 – $29.00/hour + 20% shift differential

  • Set up, operate, and monitor high-speed manufacturing equipment

  • Load materials and ensure proper machine setup, alignment, and calibration

  • Monitor equipment throughout production and make adjustments as needed

  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality and consistency

  • Identify defects and remove non-conforming materials

  • Troubleshoot minor machine and equipment issues

  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation

  • Follow all safety, quality, and security procedures

  • Work closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams

What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience operating technical manufacturing equipment required

  • Press operating experience is highly preferred

  • CNC, extrusion, advanced machine operating, or similar experience will be considered

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to follow detailed work instructions and specifications

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Basic computer and documentation skills
