Job description

Adecco Staffing is hiring Entry-Level Machine Operators for a manufacturing company in Nashua, NH. These are full-time, temp-to-hire positions with multiple shifts available.

We're seeking dependable candidates with experience in manufacturing, warehouse, production, or other hands-on work. Experience with CNC, extrusion, press operation, or similar equipment is a plus, but no machine operating experience is required. Candidates should be comfortable using computers, learning new processes, and working in a fast-paced production environment.

Position: Entry-Level Machine Operator

Shift / Pay:

3rd Shift
10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay: $22.80 per hour ($19.00 base + 20% shift differential)

Weekend Night Shift
Friday – Sunday | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Work 36 hours, get paid for 40
Pay: $22.80 per hour ($19.00 base + 20% shift differential)
For experienced Machine Operators
Experience with a technical machine operating. Ideal in CNC, extrusion, press operators, etc.

  • 2nd shift - $22- 26/hr + 15%

  • 3rd shift - $22-26/hr + 20%

Training: Training will be completed on 1st or 2nd shift prior to moving to your assigned schedule.

Job Duties:
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to support production goals
• Load materials into machinery and ensure proper machine setup
• Monitor machine performance and identify potential issues
• Perform quality checks and inspections throughout the production process
• Record production information and maintain accurate documentation
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and operating procedures
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and notify supervisors of larger concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and quality standards
• Assist with additional production tasks as needed

Qualifications:
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, production, or other hands-on work experience preferred
• Comfortable using computers and navigating production systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus but not required
• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
