Job description

We are urgently seeking a reliable Machine Operator to support our filling line production environment. This role is ideal for someone mechanically inclined who can perform machine setups, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting and communicate effectively with technical engineers when more complex issues arise. This is not an engineering role, but it does require someone comfortable working with equipment, diagnosing simple issues, and keeping production running smoothly.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Starting Pay: $16/hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Machine setup — Prepare and configure production equipment at the start of each run
  • Adjustments & changeovers — Make routine mechanical adjustments and complete product changeovers
  • Troubleshooting — Identify basic mechanical issues and communicate effectively with engineers when escalation is needed
  • Production monitoring — Maintain efficient production flow and minimize downtime
  • Quality checks — Ensure equipment is running within required specifications
