    • Day shift Tuesday–Friday, approximately 6:30 AM–6:30 PM
    • Night shift Monday–Thursday, with shifts such as 4:00 PM–4:00 AM or 6:30 PM–6:30 AM
  • Location: Opelika, AL

Job Description
An established manufacturing company in Opelika, AL is seeking a Machine Operator to safely operate production equipment and support daily manufacturing operations. This position is ideal for a dependable, safety-focused individual who is motivated to learn new skills and advance into progressively skilled roles. The Machine Operator will receive on-the-job training and must be willing to cross-train on equipment throughout the operation. Candidates must be available to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate production equipment safely and according to established procedures
  • Complete assigned production tasks accurately and within required timelines
  • Follow all workplace safety requirements and actively contribute to a safe work environment
  • Cross-train on additional equipment and work assignments as needed
  • Maintain dependable attendance and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be available to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts
  • Strong safety awareness and ability to follow established safety procedures
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

  • Willingness to cross-train on other equipment
  • Ability to work overtime when available
