Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The essential duties for this job include the following, but other duties may be assigned.
  • Follow directions in oral and written fashion
  • Know all aspects of "set up", including identification of proper tools and techniques used
  • Know all aspects of "tear down", including learning safe and proper tear down techniques, parts cleaning and storage
  • Document production records
  • Other duties may be assigned as the employee progresses
  • Must have legible handwriting
  • Help with Combo Washing

Education & Experience
Less than high school education required. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is desirable. Previous packing experience is helpful.
Language Skills
Bilingual in Spanish or Hmong helpful.
Physical Demands
The employee (by themselves) must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally 100 or more. The employee must be able to withstand walking, lifting, bending, repetitive arm, shoulder and wrist motion.
Work Environment
Must be able to work in an environment that averages about 45 degrees or colder.
