We're currently looking for a 1st Shift Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to work with precision equipment, contribute directly to the production of quality products, and grow your skills in a safety-focused environment that believes in training and promotion from within.

What You'll Do

As a Press Brake Operator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up and operating press brake machines according to established procedures and safety guidelines
  • Verifying correct materials, tooling, and programs are used based on work orders
  • Producing quality parts while meeting production and quality standards
  • Performing basic preventative maintenance, housekeeping, and organization of your assigned work area
  • Working collaboratively with team members to support production goals
