- Understand business challenges and goals to formulate the approach for data analysis and model creation that will support business decision making.
- Take analytical objectives and define data requirements in terms of size, format, and cleansing needs for purposes of analysis, modelingsegmentation and reporting.
- Research on innovative technologies to come up .
- Interpret, document and presentcommunicate analytical results to multiple business disciplines, providing conclusions and recommendations based on customer-centric data.
- Building intelligent systems leveraging the vast amount of available userbehavior data to enrich the end-user experience
Job Requirements :
- Masters- (with 4+ years of experience) Or Ph.D. (with 0 - 2 years of experience) in a relevant field such as Probability, Statistics, Machine Learning, Data Mining, Artificial intelligence Computer Science.
- Experience with building data analytics models via supervised and unsupervised machine learning, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling techniques.
- Understanding of statistical modelingmachine learning data mining concepts and strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving ability.
- Strong background and experience in using R, SAS, MATLAB or equivalent statisticaldata analysis tools and technologies is a must.
- Hands-on skills in using techniques such as Parametric and Non-Parametric Regression models.
