Job Description We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager III to support technology leadership across a multi-project program. The role will focus on program financials, cross-workstream routines, and coordination with CFO Change and ePMO to ensure compliant, timely delivery across 3 projects and 10+ workstreams. Responsibilities: Coordinate and facilitate program routines including kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates. Plan and manage delivery and dependencies across multiple teams and workstreams. Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverables. Promote communication and collaboration across organizations to meet timelines and deliverables. Gather and present status updates on delivery, risks, issues, and schedule to stakeholders and leadership. Ensure execution alignment with requirements by partnering with sponsors and stakeholders. Track success metrics and review performance with stakeholders and leadership. Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards. Support resource planning and forecasting for delivery and execution. Manage complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven program and project management experience in technology delivery. Expertise in change management, risk management, and dependency management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills; ability to synthesize complex data into actionable reports and presentations. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence outcomes. Demonstrated self-direction, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines. Experience with PMO practices and compliance with Enterprise Change Management standards. Experience level: 5+ years in project, program, or change management roles. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of large-scale ERP programs and related delivery practices. Experience coordinating with CFO Change, ePMO, or similar governance functions. Why BCforward?
