Core Technical Skills
• Hands-on expertise in Python and SQL for data processing and automation.
• Strong experience with all types of Machine Learning models, including model training and optimization.
• Knowledge on Databricks and MLflow for model lifecycle management.
• Analyze and create RCA as a part of production support.
• Proven track record in production deployment and monitoring of ML models.
• Knowledge on Solution Architecture, HLD, LLD • Deep understanding of data and model drift, including PSI (Population Stability Index), CSI (Characteristic Stability Index), and champion/challenger model concepts.
• Experienced in ServiceNow, Change request management, Agile & Jira, working on deployment board.
• Experience in LLM-based model training (e.g., OpenAI, LLaMA, Claude). Workflow & Automation
• Design and manage workflows for job and pipeline development, deployment, and troubleshooting. Tools & Platforms
• Practical experience with Jira, GitHub, , Postman and Visual Studio Code for project management and version control.
• Good to have: Knowledge of Azure cloud services for ML deployment.
Mandatory Skills: Azure ML MLOps.
Experience: 8-10 Years.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
