Job description

GEN AI Platform Lead Engineer(GCP)
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Python, FastAPI/Flask
• LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Llama, Mistral, etc.)
• Agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.)
• Vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate)
• Embeddings, RAG, semantic search
• Hands on experience in GCP, Vertex AI, Agentic Solution development, maintenance activities.
• Machine learning
• Multi agent orchestration frameworks, Workflow tools (Airflow, Prefect)
• Generative reasoning optimization (chain of thought, tree of thought, RAP)
• Knowledge of enterprise guardrails & Responsible AI
• Must have exposure GitHub, Jupiter
Roles & Responsibilities
1) Knowledge in Design, build, and optimize LLM based autonomous agents for reasoning, planning, and task execution.
2) Integrate with Data engineer and Data Scientists to suggest and build the AI Agentic solution for automating business workflow E2E.
3) Develop and deploy machine learning models, including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning approaches.
4) Design and implement secure, scalable, and reliable GCP cloud architectures.
5) Build and maintain core platform services using: (Compute Engine,GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine), Cloud Run / Cloud Functions, BigQuery / Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL / Spanner)
6) Develop Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform or Deployment Manager
7) Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Cloud Build, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab.
8) Strong hands-on experience with key GCP services, especially (GKE, Compute Engine, Cloud Run, Big Query, Cloud Storage, VPC networking)
9) Proficiency in Terraform / IaC, Python, Shell scripting, Kubernetes / Docker, CI/CD tools (Cloud Build, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
10) Strong understanding of Networking (VPC, DNS, NAT, Load Balancing)
11) Security (IAM, KMS, service identities) and SRE concepts (SLIs/SLOs, monitoring, scaling)
12) Automate provisioning, scaling, monitoring, and operational processes.
13) Very Good communication skill.
Salary Range- $120,000-$150,000 a year
