This role helps shape how new customer experiences are introduced and optimized on the homepage. Working at the intersection of business, design, engineering, and machine learning, this person coordinates cross-functional efforts, supports data-informed decision-making, and helps ensure the homepage consistently delivers relevant, high-quality experiences that meet customer and business goals.
Position Summary/Job Description:
We are seeking a collaborative, data-minded professional to join our Homepage Experience team. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional partners to introduce and refine personalized experiences on the homepage, balancing customer relevance with business priorities. You will work closely with product, engineering, design, and machine learning teams to guide experiences from concept through implementation and measurement, and help optimize how our personalization and machine learning capabilities serve our customers.
Key focus areas:
Coordinate cross-functional teams to bring new homepage experiences to market, from intake through design, implementation, and measurement.
Balance personalized and business-driven content to deliver optimal page performance and outcomes, and clearly communicate the opportunity trade-off of business decisions
Partner with machine learning teams to improve model performance, uncover opportunities, and ensure objectives are met.
Champion measurement standards and quality to support ongoing optimization.
Skills Overview:
1. Identifies high-value opportunities and drives clear prioritization aligned to customer and business goals.
2. Proficiency with collaboration and project-tracking tools (e.g., Atlassian Confluence and Jira)
3. Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with a track record of using data to drive optimization
