Job description

Weave needs someone like you! You're a creative, detail-oriented person who loves helping others learn. In this role, you'll design and maintain engaging product training for Weave's SaaS platform-helping customers and employees gain confidence using our tools. About 80% of your time will focus on developing and updating courses in Articulate Rise, with the rest spent supporting our LMS admin and broader training team. If you're looking to grow your instructional design skills and make an impact early in your career, this is the place for you!
  • This position will be hybrid (remote/in office), would consider remote for the right candidate.
  • Internship term: 3 months
  • Reports to: Manager of Training
What You Will Own
  • Build and update eLearning courses in Articulate Rise and other tools (e.g., Snag-It, Camtasia, Storyline, Scribe).
  • Maintain training content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and visual quality.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to gather information and organize content effectively.
  • Support the LMS admin with uploading, testing, and publishing training materials.
  • Apply instructional design principles to structure learning experiences that engage and inform.
  • Manage project timelines and communicate progress with stakeholders.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance course effectiveness and learner experience.

What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job

  • Eager to learn new tools and technology (Snag-It, Camtasia, Scribe).

What Will Make Us Love You
  • Experience creating or maintaining online learning content in an LMS.

  • Internship or project experience in instructional design, training, or eLearning.
