Job description

Mission:
The Intern supports IDEA's mission by contributing to day-to-day team operations, project execution, and administrative priorities while developing foundational professional skills in a collaborative work environment.
Location:
This is a part-time hybrid position based in Texas with preference given to candidates who live in Austin, El Paso, Houston, Permian Basin (Midland/Odessa), Rio Grande Valley, San Antonio, and Tarrant County (Fort Worth), or who are willing to relocate.
Travel Expectations:
Travel to IDEA training events or step-backmay be required.
What You'll Do - Accountabilities
Essential Duties:
  • Support assigned team with daily operational, administrative, and project-related tasks.
  • Assist with organizing, tracking, and maintaining information relevant to team priorities.
  • Prepare summaries, reports, presentations, or materials to support team initiatives.
  • Support special projects and follow-up activities as assigned.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage Zendesk support tickets related toSTREAM and enrollment data
  • Conduct conversion outreach to prospective student leads gathered through IDEA's CRM platform, HubSpot
  • Respond torecurringenrollmentdatarequests
  • Develop and update milestone trackers
  • Assistwith enrollment related dataanalysis
  • Conduct audits for enrollment milestones to ensure compliance with department SOPs and best practices
  • Developtask management and accountability systemsto ensure all department commitments,deliverables, and deadlines aremet
  • Resource Management: ownchange management and versioning of department resources (updating playbooks, templates, scripts, etc.)
  • Manage updates to the department hub site
