We have a remote Intern opportunity on our Health, Science, and Ethics team. The Ethics Group Internship Program offerscandidates first-hand insight to the formation of AMA ethics policy. Interns provide support for ongoing EthicsGroup projects and initiatives. The internship is a part-time position locatedat the AMA headquarters in downtown Chicago offering a flexible schedule.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conduct primary literature research on a wide variety of medical ethics issues.
  • Assist in researching and drafting reports of the Council on Ethical and Judicial Affairs (CEJA).
  • Prepare summaries of articles of ethics or policyinterest.

May include other responsibilities as assigned

This role is an exempt position, and the salary range for this position is $19.00-$26.00. This is the lowest to highest salary we believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's pay within the salary range will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to business consideration and geographical location, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
