Job description

Position: Machine Operator
Pay: $15.00 Per Hour
Shift: 5:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday; Hours may vary (Some Saturdays required)
Location: Cameron, TX
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a dependable and skilled CNC Machine Operator to start IMMEDIATELY at $15.00+ per hour, DOE. Join a leading manufacturing plant in Cameron, TX, and enjoy comprehensive benefits upon hire!
Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC machines to cut, drill, and mill wood components according to specifications
  • Perform file transfers and load programs based on job tickets
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
  • Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure dimensional accuracy and tolerances
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on CNC equipment
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols, including proper use of PPE
  • Work with various wood core materials and assist in quality control checks
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Work safely in high-temperature environments up to 120°F

Qualifications
  • 1+ year of CNC experience (wood or metal preferred)
  • Basic computer skills, including file transfers and program loading
  • Strong math skills, tolerance calculations, and blueprint reading
  • Mechanical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills
