About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

About the Role

As Salesforce's digital events ecosystem scales globally, the Events Technology Platform sits at the intersection of marketing pipeline generation, brand experience, and enterprise technology strategy. The Digital Success and Operations Senior Lead owns the end-to-end health and roadmap of our event technology platforms - from product strategy and governance to adoption and operational excellence. This role carries direct accountability for how tens of thousands of prospects and customers experience Salesforce webinars and for ensuring our global marketing teams have best-in-class tools to deliver the right experience at scale.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Champion the Voice of the Marketer - synthesize global business needs from webinar producers, internal hosts, and digital marketers to shape platform roadmap priorities and governance decisions

  • Own the webinar technology product roadmap - define, prioritize, and maintain a forward-looking roadmap that reflects business needs, platform capabilities, and market trends; serve on the vendor's advisory board to leverage Salesforce's scale in influencing their product engineering roadmap, secure early access to beta programs, and co-develop next-generation event capabilities

  • Own the enterprise vendor relationship for the webinar technology platform, including licensing strategy, contract renewals, SLA governance, and security/privacy compliance and be the senior point of contact across vendor success and technical account teams - leading Quarterly Business Reviews, escalating platform stability risks, and aligning vendor roadmaps to Salesforce's digital event strategy

  • Define and track platform KPIs (uptime, stream quality, registration throughput), translating performance data into product direction and roadmap influence

  • Drive platform adoption by developing and executing strategies that promote standard processes, increase engagement, and maximize utilization across global marketing and sales teams

  • Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), security standards, and opt-in marketing requirements in close partnership with Security and Compliance teams

  • Manage platform operations and governance including roles & permissioning strategy, event intake processes, prioritization frameworks, and tier-1/tier-2 escalation paths for webinar issues

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in digital product management, program management, product operations, or a related field - preferably within Digital Enterprise Technology, or Marketing Technology

  • Demonstrated ability to own a product or platform roadmap - including prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and translating business needs into technical requirements - while simultaneously managing the operational complexity of a global platform

  • Proven experience managing enterprise SaaS vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, licensing models, renewals, SLA governance, and commercial partnerships in close coordination with Procurement and Legal

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a track record of championing the Voice of the Marketer and bridging the gap between non-technical business stakeholders and engineering/vendor product teams

  • Working familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts as applied to marketing technology - including experience leveraging AI-tools i.e. Claude, Slackbot etc. to build prototypes etc., and the ability to evaluate AI capabilities in vendor roadmaps and contract renewals

  • Strong understanding of enterprise event technology platforms (e.g., ON24, Zoom, GoToWebinar, Bizzabo Virtual, or similar) and their integrations into the broader martech ecosystem (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Eloqua)

  • Experience defining and tracking digital engagement and product adoption KPIs, translating data insights into actionable recommendations for webinar performance

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting roadmaps, vendor performance, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience influencing vendor product roadmaps via Customer Advisory Boards or beta testing programs

  • Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem and native Salesforce marketing tools

  • Agile or Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager)

  • Experience in a global or hyper-scale enterprise environment, managing platforms used by hundreds of internal users and tens of thousands of external attendees
