Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented CNC Technician to operate and set up computer-controlled marking equipment. Your primary role will be to ensure jobs are completed to specification by configuring machinery, selecting the correct settings, and making precise adjustments throughout the production process. A strong technical aptitude and a commitment to quality are essential.

Summary of Essential Job Functions:

You will be responsible for maintaining production processes, with a focus on validating quality and ensuring dimensional accuracy. This includes:

  • Utilizing mathematical formulas to convert, scale, and modify machine programs.

  • Applying knowledge of G-code for basic programming and edits.

  • Creating secure setups using standard workholding tools (vises, V-blocks, rotary devices).

  • Meticulously following written and visual work instructions.

  • Conducting thorough inspections to guarantee all parts meet strict quality standards.
