Your Role

As a CNC Mill Machinist, you’ll help bring precision designs to life through setup, programming, and operation of CNC milling machines. You’ll work with high-quality materials and tight tolerances to meet the exacting standards that define Master Machining. Every part you produce contributes to our legacy of quality and customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Program, set up, and operate various CNC milling machines
  • Verify parts meet print specifications using precision measuring instruments
  • Read and interpret blueprints, job tickets, and technical drawings
  • Perform routine maintenance and tool adjustments on machines
  • Load and accurately indicate parts to fixtures
  • Monitor tool wear, load new tools and inserts as required
  • Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and ensure quality output

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of CNC milling experience
  • Strong understanding of G-code programming and machine setup
  • Ability to work within very tight tolerances
  • Skilled in blueprint reading and use of measuring equipment
  • Excellent work ethic and commitment to precision and quality
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work overtime or Saturdays when needed
