Job Title: Machine OperatorJob Description

This role operates and monitors stamping machines in a production environment to ensure efficient and accurate output. You will load materials, inspect finished parts for quality and defects, and follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures. The position requires maintaining a clean and organized workspace while working closely with team members to meet daily production goals.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor stamping machines in a high-volume production environment to ensure consistent and efficient performance.
  • Load raw materials and components into machines and verify that parts run smoothly and efficiently through the equipment.
  • Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and defects, and take corrective action or escalate issues as needed.
  • Follow detailed work instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to support quality production and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and support overall workflow.
  • Identify and communicate any equipment or process issues to the appropriate personnel to minimize disruptions.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by following best practices and suggesting process enhancements when appropriate.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
