Location:Broken Arrow, OK

Shift: Monday โ€“ Thursday | 6:00 AM โ€“ 4:00 PM, with optional Friday OT

Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Salary:$52,000 โ€“ $83,000 per year (DOE)


About the Role

Trinity Employment Specialists is seeking a Quality Inspector with CMM experience for a precision manufacturing facility. This direct-hire role is ideal for a detail-oriented inspector with hands-on experience in both CMM operation and manual measurement techniques, preferably in aerospace or high-precision machining environments.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily inspections using Zeiss CMM equipment
  • Conduct manual dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, indicators, and other precision tools
  • Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing specifications
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
  • Support First Article Inspections (FAI) and in-process inspections
  • Identify nonconformances and communicate findings to production and quality teams
  • Maintain compliance with company quality standards and safety procedures
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Heavy hands-on experience with Zeiss CMM (Calypso preferred)
  • Strong manual measurement skills (daily use)
  • Ability to read and apply GD&T
  • Aerospace manufacturing experience strongly preferred
  • Comfortable with early shift (6:00 AM start) and Friday overtime
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in tight-tolerance machining environments
  • Technical certificate or training in Quality, Metrology, or Manufacturing
