Job description

Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

Join our team in Oshkosh, where you will set up and and operated various machinery to complete a variety of products for heavy equipment manufacturing, aviation, and the military defense industries. You may be responsible for operating plasma cutters, saws, drill presses, and other production machines. In addition to operating, you may be responsible adjusting machinery, inspecting parts, and completing maintenance on parts.

Pay: $21.00 to $25.50+/hr based on experience

** willing to pay $30+ for strong experience **

Hours: 1st, 2nd, and weekend shifts available

Job Duties:

  • Set up and operate various production machinery
  • Adjust machine settings and edit programs according to parts
  • Completed basic preventative and mechanical maintenance on machinery
  • Operate forklift and overhead crane to move materials.
  • Inspect parts after machine operation

Requirements:

  • Previous metal fabrication, construction, or relevant mechanical experience preferred
  • Experience operating machinery highly preferred
  • Previous experience using forklifts and overhead cranes preferred

This is a Permanent position based out of Oshkosh, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.50/hr.
