Job description

Summary:

Operate CNC machines, mill, lathe, and/or drill product per print.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Follow the production schedule.
  • Interpret blueprints, compare part to print and obtain first piece inspection.
  • Inspect each part milled and/or drilled to assure tool/program quality, and deburr when necessary.
  • Complete the traveler and place with product.
  • Prepare product for transfer to next work cell.
  • Maintain a well-organized and clean working area.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance of ISO policies and procedures.
  • Understand and follow policies and procedures.
  • Assist in other manufacturing areas as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience:

  • 0-3 years previous machine operation or manufacturing experience.
