Aegis is currently partnering with a growing customized manufacturer looking to identify a Machine Builder to join their team!

Responsibilties:

  • Assemble custom industrial equipment by installing mechanical components, aligning assemblies, and fitting parts according to blueprints and engineering drawings.
  • Use hand and power tools, measuring instruments, overhead cranes, and forklifts to safely build and move equipment throughout the assembly process.
  • Regularly troubleshoot fit-up or assembly issues, make adjustments as needed, and help identify practical solutions to ensure equipment functions properly.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of machine building or assembly type experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read & interpret mechanical blueprints
  • Proficiency in the use of hand, power & measuring tools – tape measure, calipers, gauges, micrometers
