As a Machine Build Technician, you’ll assemble state-of-the-art CNC machines by hand, ensuring precision, quality, and performance that meet our exacting standards. Responsibilities:

  • Assemble mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems for industrial CNC machines.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions.
  • Use precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators.
  • Perform electrical wiring and basic circuit installation.
  • Install and test pneumatic components and systems.
  • Work collaboratively with engineers and team leaders to meet production goals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve assembly or alignment issues.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Continuously seek improvement in efficiency, quality, and craftsmanship.

Requirements:

  • Mechanical assembly experience (professional or educational).
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with precision measuring instruments.
  • Capable of standing, bending, and lifting up to 75 lbs.
  • Electrical or pneumatic installation experience preferred.
