Adecco Is Hiring Machine Operators!

Adecco is seeking experienced Machine Operators for a leading manufacturing facility in Greensboro, NC. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with a strong production background who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to quality, safety, and operational excellence.

Please Note: Training will take place on 1st shift. After training, employees must be flexible and available to work any shift based on business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor automated manufacturing equipment
  • Set up and adjust machinery according to production requirements
  • Perform quality inspections and in-process checks
  • Monitor raw materials and production output to ensure specifications are met
  • Package and label finished products accurately
  • Document production, quality, downtime, and waste information
  • Identify and report equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety risks
  • Perform basic machine cleaning and routine inspections
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards
  • Support continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives
  • Follow all company safety, quality, and environmental procedures
  • Work collaboratively with production, quality, and maintenance teams
QualificationsRequired
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of machine operation experience
  • At least 1 year of manufacturing or production experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions
  • Solid attendance and reliability record
Preferred
  • 5+ years of machine operation experience
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
