2nd Shift: 4:00pm - 2:30am
(Monday - Thursday)
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00
(+pay for Skills & $2 Shift Differential)
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of the warehouse. This role involves handling various warehouse tasks such as receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products to ensure timely and accurate delivery. The Warehouse Associate will work closely with team members and other departments to maintain inventory accuracy and contribute to overall warehouse efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Receiving & Inventory Management:
    • Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying items against purchase orders and documenting any discrepancies.
    • Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper inventory control and rotation.
  2. Order Fulfillment:
    • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements and company standards.
    • Use warehouse management systems (WMS) or manual processes to track and manage order status.
  3. Shipping & Distribution:
    • Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling, packaging, and loading onto delivery vehicles.
    • Ensure that all shipping documentation is accurate and complete, including bills of lading and shipping manifests.
  4. Quality Control:
    • Perform quality checks on products and packaging to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
    • Report any damaged or defective items and work with supervisors to address issues.
  5. Warehouse Maintenance:
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by following company procedures and safety guidelines.
    • Conduct regular inspections of warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs or safety hazards.
  6. Inventory Accuracy:
    • Assist in conducting periodic physical inventory counts and reconciliation with system records.
