Job description

We are a regional feed manufacturer known for doing things right and making highly fortified livestock feeds. We are a small family-owned business where employees are heard and valued. We offer a competitive wage, opportunity for advancement, health insurance, and benefits.
The Administrative Assistant oversees the business management of our company. Duties include Customer Service, Sales, Basic Accounting, Order Processing, Ordering Ingredients, Inventory Management, and Assisting the Nutritionist.
The individual we hire should have good computer skills. We use MS Office and Quickbooks. e. The ability to learn quickly and multi-task is an asset.

Hunter Nutrition is a specialized feed manufacturer. Our 58,000 sq ft plant manufacturer’s texturized, pelleted, and mineral/premix feeds. Our 1500 sq. ft office is adjacent to the feed mill. We are located just north of West Lafayette in Brookston, Indiana.

We are looking for dedicated individuals who are concerned about our business and the quality of service we provide.

Our working hours are 7:45 am until about 5:20 pm Monday thru Friday, off most weekends and off all major holidays. The selected candidates will start work with a 90-day probationary period. They will be moved to permanent status after the training and probationary period are completed.
