Job Summary:
 The Extruder Assistant will support daily production by helping operate extrusion equipment, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe, clean workspace. This role plays a key part in delivering reliable insulation products to customers.
Job Duties
 • Assist with the setup and operation of extruder machinery
 • Inspect materials and finished products for quality standards
 • Load and unload materials and maintain a clean work area
 • Monitor machine performance and report issues to the operator
 • Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
 Monday–Thursday, 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
Experience or Skill Requirements:
 • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
 • Strong teamwork and communication skills
 • Willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions
 • Dependable with strong attendance
