The Breaker Line Operator is responsible for visually inspecting eggs on the breaker line to ensure that the supply of product meets customer specifications and regulatory requirements. The Breaker Line Operator is responsible for removing all eggs that do not meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements. This job is performed while standing on a raised platform.

Responsibilities Responsabilidades:
  • Visually inspect eggs on conveyor and remove eggs that are dirty, cracked, bloody, leaking product before it reaches breaker or balance tanks if operating the breaker
  • Communicate with level 2 operator regarding adjustments needed to breaker machine
  • Assist with startup by helping with equipment assembly
  • Keep work area clean, follow GMP, follow safety protocol, and wear appropriate PPE
  • Other duties as assigned
