Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostics, inspections, repairs, and maintenance on heavy equipment including excavators, cranes, forklifts, tractors, trailers, and other industrial machinery.
  • Use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex systems such as hydraulics, transmissions, electrical components, air brakes, suspension, HVAC systems, and diesel engines.
  • Fabricate parts or modify equipment using welding, soldering, hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques to meet operational needs.
  • Conduct tire service, brake repairs, alignments, and wheel balancing to ensure safety standards are met.
  • Maintain detailed service records for all repairs and preventative maintenance tasks performed on fleet vehicles and machinery.
  • Assist in heavy lifting operations using appropriate equipment while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements
