Production Team Member - Valve Assembly

Location: 10551 SE 110th Street Road, Candler, FL 32111
Work Arrangement: Onsite, Full-time

Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Overtime available as business needs require.

What you'll do

  • Machine Operation & Setup:Set up, operate, and maintain molding machines used in valve production, ensuring machines are configured according to specifications for precise manufacturing.

  • Assembly & Quality Control:Assemble valves and related components, cut shafts, paint, set stroke, and rebuild cylinders while adhering to quality standards and tolerances.

  • Technical Interpretation:Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to guide assembly and machine setup processes accurately.

  • Troubleshooting & Monitoring:Monitor machine operations continuously to ensure proper functioning, promptly identifying and resolving any production issues.

  • Daily Role:The successful candidate will engage daily in hands-on valve assembly tasks, machine operation, and quality checks to meet production goals efficiently.

  • Success Metrics:Success will be measured by consistent production of high-quality valves within defined tolerances, minimal downtime, and adherence to safety standards.

  • Safety First:Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

What you'll bring
