Job description

Are you mechanically inclined and looking to get into a skilled trade?

Are you willing to start in an entry level position to familiarize yourself with shop workflow and safety parameters we have in place?

Are you a hard worker, a go-getter, rather than one who needs constant directives?

Does the sound of a Department of Labor Apprenticeship program where college courses and 8,000 hours of on-the-job training are paid sound enticing to you?

Are you open to being trained and mentored?

If you answered YES to these questions, our Entry Level Shop Floor Intern role is something you should check out!

Building the future of tooling, begins with building a great team!

Commercial Tool & Die (CTD), located in Comstock Park, MI is looking for a Shop Floor General Laborer to work on either a full-time or part-time basis!! Night shift includes a 10% shift premium.

At CTD, we offer growth opportunities, great benefits for full-time (paid time off, paid holidays, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k) and a climate-controlled facility. Our state of the art facility boasts the latest machining technology in the area and our workforce can build the impossible.

This entry-level position is ideal for a highly motivated team-player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and who is interested in pursuing a career in manufacturing.
