The Apprentice role at Pritchard Industries is an entry-level position designed to provide hands-on training in the finishing and polishing of metal products. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop technical skills in surface finishing, polishing techniques, and quality standards. Apprentices will work under the guidance of experienced professionals to learn industry best practices and support daily production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the polishing and finishing of metal products to meet company quality standards
