Experienced Envelope Machine Adjuster -- Hiring NowCenveo | Chicago, ILCenveo is hiring experienced Envelope Machine Adjusters to set up, tune, and maintain high speed envelope manufacturing equipment. This role requires strong mechanical skill, troubleshooting ability, and a commitment to safety and quality.Pay & Schedule $24/hr or higher depending on experience + shift premium (2nd & 3rd shifts) 2nd shift premium $1/hr / 2pm -- 10pm 3rd shift premium $2/hr / 10pm -- 6am Flexibility to train on any shift including 1st shift 6am -- 2pm Monday-Fridays with Saturdays as needed Shift availability is subject to change What You'll Do Set up, align, and adjust envelope machines Perform changeovers, size adjustments, and mechanical repairs Maintain machine speed, accuracy, and uptime Inspect product quality and minimize waste Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement Install paper, glue systems, tooling, other requirements safelyWhat You Need 5+ years envelope machine adjusting experience Advanced mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Knowledge of cutting, folding, gluing systems and envelope tolerances Detail oriented, safety focused, and reliablePhysical Requirements Standing, bending, climbing, lifting up to 55 lbs Exposure to noise, machinery, inks, solvents, glue* Ability to work in hot/cold conditions and stay alert around equipmentCENVEO IS AN EEO EMPLOYERINDCVOPPlease refer to the above description.
