Experienced Envelope Machine Adjuster -- Hiring NowCenveo | Smyrna, GACenveo is hiring experienced Envelope Machine Adjusters to set up, tune, and maintain high speed envelope manufacturing equipment. This role requires strong mechanical skill, troubleshooting ability, and a commitment to safety and quality.Pay & Schedule $24/hr or higher depending on experience + shift premiums (2nd / 3rd shifts) 2nd shift: $0.50/hr / 3pm-11pm 3rd shift: $1/hr / 11pm-7am Must be flexible for training including on 1st shift 7am -- 3pm Monday-Fridays with Saturdays as neededWhat You'll Do Set up, align, and adjust envelope machines Perform changeovers, size adjustments, and mechanical repairs Maintain machine speed, accuracy, and uptime Inspect product quality and minimize waste Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement Install paper, glue systems, tooling, other requirements safelyWhat You Need 5+ years envelope machine adjusting experience Advanced mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Knowledge of cutting, folding, gluing systems and envelope tolerances Detail oriented, safety focused, and reliablePhysical Requirements Standing, bending, climbing, lifting up to 55 lbs Exposure to noise, machinery, inks, solvents, glue Ability to work in hot/cold conditions and stay alert around equipmentCENVEO IS AN EEO EMPLOYER
