Springhill Rehabilitation and Senior Residence is a 151-bed, skilled nursing facility located on the Springhill Medical Center campus, dedicated to providing quality short term rehabilitation care and long-term care while fostering a homelike social environment.

Pre-Employment Requirements:

  • We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required.

Education Requirements:

  • Must be a Certified Medication Aide (MAC) - Medical Assistant (CMA) will not be accepted in lieu of a MAC.
  • Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant.
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Current CPR license.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year health care industry experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills needed.
  • Good understanding of medical and pharmacological terminology.
