Job Description

Must-haves skills / experience: 
Intermediate to expert knowledge of OSX 10.10 and higher 
Intermediate to Expert level package building using Apple Configurator 1.7 and higher 
Intermediate to expert knowledge on hardware platforms including iMac, MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, Mac Mini, iPad, iPod Touch 
Intermediate to expert knowledge on JAMF Casper for management of OSX devices. Certification highly-preferred 
Success in supporting and administering large implementations of iOS and OSX devices in a multi-location / geography environment 
Ability to triage, troubleshoot and fix problems and incidents - using vendor and third-party tools and technical support where required. Includes experience providing desk side and remote support as required via ticketing system 
Task oriented with a strong focus on meeting goals in a timely manner 
Experience providing L2 - L3 operational support on OSX / iOS 
Other skills / experience: 
Certificationsare a plus 
Experience in a Retail support environment is a plus 
Experience administering / managing iOS devices via MDM is a plus. 
Ability to write clear documentation 
Excellent communication and customer service skills 
Self-starter/proactive
