Van Driver - Transportation Services for Elderly & Special Needs Individuals


Location: Greater Leominster & North Central Massachusetts

Company: Small, Locally Owned Transportation Service

This is NOT a school bus route - no 7D license required.


Schedule

Monday through Friday only- ALL 5 DAYS NEEDED

  • No nights, no weekends
  • Split-shift schedule (AM and PM runs) - Midday hours may be available
  • 20 hours/week, with potential for additional hours

Pay & Benefits

  • $20.00/hour starting pay
  • Raise after 90 days
  • Weekly pay and Direct Deposit available
  • Company uniforms provided

Requirements

  • 21 years or older
  • 3+ years of Massachusetts driving experience or contiguous state to Massachusetts
  • Clean driving record- We check RMV reports
  • Experience with elderly or special needs individuals (Personal or professional experience qualifies)
  • Clean CORI
  • Federal fingerprinting
  • Pre-employment full panel substance screening (includes THC)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Physically able to assist passengers to/from vehicles

CORI requirements specified in 101 CMR 15.00

We are required by the EOOHHS to run a background CORI on all individuals who may be conditionally hired for this position.

Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and a passing drug test

We understand recreational use THC is legal at the state level in Massachusetts but due to it being illegal federally, we must adhere to the standards of federal contracts.
