Sign-On Package (including bonus, relocation, and student loan forgiveness): Up to $130,000

Productivity incentives: RVU/Quality

How you’ll make an impact in this role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.

  • Join an established team of 4 Family Practice Physicians, 1 Pediatrician, and 1 Physician Assistant 
  • Guaranteed staffing with a minimum 1:1 Medical Assistant (MA) support ratio.
  • Extensive onsite ancillary services, including Lab, X-ray, Ultrasound, Mammogram, and CT.
  • Multiple medical specialists rotate into the building to support the practice.
  • Payer mix is approximately 50% commercial, 25% Medicaid, and 25% Medicare.
  • High number of Spanish-speaking patients supported by a significant number of bilingual associates.
  • Located in an area identified as having high growth potential.
  • Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered primary care, including high-quality diagnostic and treatment services, to improve the health and well-being of the community.
  • Coordinate seamless care transitions for patients, managing specialized consultations, inpatient admissions, and collaborating with case management for successful discharge planning.
  • Lead or actively participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of care delivery within the clinic and the wider system.
  • Maintain complete and timely patient documentation and electronic medical records to ensure compliance, accurate records, and support the financial integrity of the practice.
  • Ability to practice autonomously and demonstrate comfort managing a solo outpatient primary care panel within a clinic environment.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. 
  • Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
