·         Performs all Mr. Duct Cleaner services

·         Estimates the price for services

·         Performs HVAC system cleaning services

·         Knowledge of Housecall Pro and any other software used to manage and deliver Mr. Duct Cleaner services

·         Manage Mr. Duct Cleaner projects

·         Builds positive customer relationships and communicates effectively

·         Collects fees in the field

·         Competent in handling all HVAC system cleaning equipment and supplies

·         Knowledge of, and applies all safety rules and standards

·         Knowledge of, and applies Mr. Duct Cleaner cleaning standards

·         Answering/texting with a phone

·         Responding to business communications via email and other media

·         Schedules services with crew

·         Manages a team size from 1 – 6 crew members

·         Is the sole point of contact for the customer on "job day"

·         Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
