Job description

We have immediate openings for a Lead Carpenter. $26 - $28 per hour, depending on experience.
Job Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Lead Carpenter and must be able to manage a crew of 4-5 people. Compensation based on experience. Must be able to perform all aspects of construction in high-end residential and light commercial work. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Specific Areas of Experience & Knowledge:
  • Attention to detail (in quality of work and communication)
  • Read, interpret and follow plans
  • Structural and rough framing
  • Fine trim carpentry and millwork
  • Ability to operate various hand tools, shop tools and power tools
  • Ability to operate construction equipment (skid steer, mini-excavator, etc.)
  • Must be able to adapt to new construction methods
  • Must be able to operate electronic computer tablet (iPad)
  • Must be able to manage and operate electronic (GPS) time record software
  • Must be able to complete electronic Daily Job Reports with photos
  • Must be able to manage and adhere to safety procedures or a daily basis
