ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2000 and currently lead a team of four. I've been with State Farm for over 40 years, beginning my career as a team member shortly after graduating from West Virginia University. I'm a proud Mountaineer fan and enjoy golfing with my family, traveling, and spending time with my two dogs.
Giving back to the community is incredibly important to me. I'm involved with Chesapeake Region Accessible Boating (CRAB), an organization that makes sailing and boating accessible for individuals with physical and medical disabilities. It's rewarding to help create opportunities for children and families to enjoy experiences they might not otherwise have.
Our agency offers PTO, health benefits, a life insurance policy for every team member, and a Simple IRA with employer match. We also believe in recognizing hard work through fun office competitions, team lunches, and regular team-building events.
Our office is upbeat, supportive, and enjoys celebrating success together. I'm looking for someone who is outgoing, optimistic, and always looking for opportunities to go above and beyond. If you enjoy working with people, taking initiative, and being part of a fun, team-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Associate for Debbie Hart - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
