About the Role - As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring a smooth patient experience. This role combines clinical nursing responsibilities with administrative and operational support, including conducting patient assessments, administering vaccines, assisting with immigration physicals, performing venipuncture, managing documentation, and supporting daily clinic operations.
Location(s): Local travel is expected between offices listed below to support staffing needs. We will do what we can to accommodate a consistent schedule, but business needs may require adjustments when necessary.
  • Primary Location: Cherry Creek, CO
  • Secondary Location: Greenwood Village, CO - 2 x a month
  • Pay: $31.00/hr
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday required, Full-time, 40 hours per week; 8-hour shifts only; start time flexibility required as needed

Primary Responsibilities:
Clinical Nursing Support
  • Review and document patient medical histories.
  • Conduct nursing assessments and identify any concerns requiring RN or physician review.
  • Prepare and administer vaccines in accordance with physician orders and company protocols.
  • Monitor patients following vaccine administration and respond appropriately to adverse reactions.
  • Perform venipuncture and specimen collection when required in the local market.
  • Receive and review laboratory results, communicate results to clients as directed, schedule follow-up appointments, and document outcomes in the EMR.
  • Assist physicians and RNs with immigration physicals, travel consultations, and other clinical services.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable nursing standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Administrative Support
  • Facilitate efficient clinic operations by supporting physicians, Registered Nurses (RNs), and other clinical staff while managing front-desk functions as needed.
  • Generate invoices and collect client payments.
  • Collect, scan, and upload required client documentation into the EMR and shared systems.
  • Prepare or coordinate the preparation of required documentation for physician appointments.
  • Assist with daily clinic operations, including supporting walk-in clients and accepting shipments.
  • Support business development initiatives as assigned.

Office Management
  • Manage and restock clinic inventory, including medications, vaccines, and medical supplies.
  • Manage laboratory supply inventory and ordering when laboratory draws occur in-clinic.
  • Oversee supply rotation and maintain cleanliness and organization in clinical and reception areas.
  • Track and document inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts and minimize waste.

Patient Communication
  • Demonstrate professionalism and strong communication skills when interacting with patients, providers, and colleagues.
  • Address customer service issues, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Serve as a resource for Client Services regarding current and past immigration clients.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients completing medical examinations and immunization services.
  • Provide patient education related to vaccines, travel health, and follow-up care as appropriate.

Qualifications:
  • Licensure: Current and unrestricted Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred.
  • Language: Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, interpersonal skills, proficiency with computers and EMR systems, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between clinic locations as needed.
