Job description

Who We Are
At Brush Creek Ranch, we are more than just a destination; we are an experience. Nestled in the stunning landscapes of Wyoming, we offer luxury adventure in the great outdoors. Working at Brush Creek Ranch means joining a team dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. With a commitment to hospitality and service excellence, we foster an environment where you can thrive, grow, and bring your best self to work every day.
As our Retail Stylist and Operations Coordinator, you'll create memorable, one-on-one experiences for guests while helping keep our retail and fulfillment operations running smoothly. From curating the perfect find to packing an order, managing inventory, and making sure every detail is in place, you'll play a hands-on role in bringing the Brush Creek experience to life.
What You'll Do
  • Create memorable, one-on-one experiences for guests by getting to know their style, interests, and needs and helping them discover products that feel uniquely theirs.

  • Bring a personal-shopping mindset to every interaction, offering thoughtful styling advice, product recommendations, and a genuine connection to the Brush Creek brand.

  • Welcome guests into the Mercantile with energy and confidence, creating a warm, elevated experience from the moment they walk through the door.

  • Share your knowledge and enthusiasm for our products, helping guests find the perfect piece, gift, or keepsake while naturally driving retail sales.

  • Keep the retail experience running seamlessly, from maintaining an inviting sales floor to processing transactions accurately through our Point-of-Sale system.

  • Build relationships with guests that extend beyond a single purchase, creating the kind of experience that keeps them coming back to Brush Creek.

  • Keep the operation moving behind the scenes, managing orders from fulfillment through shipping while ensuring every package is accurate, polished, and on time.

  • Receive, organize, track, and protect inventory using our inventory management systems, making sure product is where it needs to be when it needs to be there.

  • Bring a sharp eye for presentation and detail to both the sales floor and fulfillment operation, ensuring the Brush Creek standard is reflected in everything you touch.

  • Partner with FedEx Express and other shipping carriers to keep shipments moving efficiently and identify opportunities to improve rates, service, and pickup schedules.

  • Be the person who jumps in when something needs to get done, troubleshooting challenges, supporting the team, and keeping the day moving with a positive, can-do attitude.

  • Deliver the kind of service that feels effortless-anticipating needs, exceeding expectations, and making every guest feel genuinely taken care of.

What You'll Bring
  • A natural sense of style and a genuine interest in fashion, Western lifestyle, retail, or creating great looks and experiences for people.

  • A people-first personality-you're energized by conversation, connection, and helping someone find exactly what they're looking for.

  • A strong eye for detail and presentation, with pride in creating beautiful, organized spaces and polished guest experiences.

  • A sales-minded approach that feels authentic; you know how to make recommendations without making a guest feel "sold to."

  • 2+ years of fulfillment, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience, with an ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.

  • An entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and a willingness to jump between styling a guest, packing an order, receiving inventory, or solving whatever comes up next.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across retail, operations, marketing, IT, finance, and other teams.

  • The ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stay active and on your feet throughout the day, and work outdoors as needed.

  • Flexibility to work days, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays as the needs of a luxury ranch retail operation require

  • Curiosity, confidence, and initiative-you see an opportunity, make a recommendation, and take action rather than waiting to be asked.

  • Good judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information with care.

What You Can Look Forward To
  • Day 1 medical, dental, and vision insurance for all seasonal and full-time associates Vacation and Paid Time Off (PTO) with rollover for full-time associates

  • Unlimited referral bonuses

  • 401(k) with company match after 1 month for full-time employees.

  • Ranch provided employee housing and 3 meals per day at no cost to the associate

  • Numerous employee engagement activities that contribute to a positive work environment

  • Getting to live in a beautiful location with access to hiking, mountain biking, and fishing on neighboring national forest land

  • Discounts on hotel rooms, dining, and other travel/entertainment experiences

  • Multiple opportunities for growth across our luxury ranch network

At Brush Creek Ranch, we are an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all associates.
