Job description

Lush Lawn is seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Representative to join our team and focus on building relationships with commercial customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role is crucial in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence within the commercial sector. This position is 100%

Responsibilities: The primary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. The job holder may also be assigned additional duties by management as needed.

- Manages and grows commercial account relationships by evaluating prospect’s needs and determining fit with company strategy.

- Follows up on leads from field to determine accounts needs and analyze success of new venture. Liaison between corporate and field management to ensure customer needs are met.

- Completes submission of quotes, and other external inquiries of company product by engaging field and ensuring all timelines and deadlines are met. Communicates to field and management about status and outcomes of external inquiries and to gain buy-in on decisions.

- Achieves personal monthly, quarterly, and annually assigned goals by reaching out to current accounts.

- Communicates with customers, prospects, and management regarding account activities.

- Communicates regularly with management regarding performance steps taken to ensure quota attainment and other sales metrics.

- Maintains, secures, and submits all documents, reports, and other administration required by management.

Essential Skills:

- 2 years of proven experience as a sales representative, preferably in a commercial sales environment.

- Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and closing techniques.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and build relationships with clients.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and prospects.

- Ability to analyze data and sales metrics to inform decision-making and strategy.

- Skill in managing time effectively, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Must possess a willingness and ability to learn and continuously improve.

- Flexibility to adjust strategies based on changing market conditions or customer feedback.
