Job description

Looking for 4 Sheet Metal helpers for a fabrication shop in Nashville.
Veterans and transitioning military service members encouraged to apply.
Job Description
Forming side of Sheet metal. Operating: Large Brakes, Rollers, Plasma Tables and other sheet metal forming machines.
Duties
Basic level for sheet metal. Worker will be assisting with everything duct related on floor:
  • Read blue print desired but not required
  • Assist with fabrication, assembly, alteration, and repair of sheet metal products and equipment
  • Assist with gathering material required for performance of work.
  • (May)Assist with set-up and operation of equipment including but not limited to: plasma cutting tables; power shears; notchers; brakes; rollers; lock-formers; cleat benders; punches; pinspotters; insulation cutters; insulation adhesive applicators; saws; hand tools; and drill presses to cut, form, punch, insulate, seal, and assemble sheet metal.
  • Ability to understand, communicate and follow safety requirements as posted and directed by supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Work Schedule
Monday thru Friday | 8 hr Shifts | 7am to 3:30pm | OT Available
X1- 30 min Lunch
Pay: $18.50/Hours
