Location: Spanaway, WA
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $20.00–$21.00 per hour DOE (Depending on Shift)

Schedule
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Position Overview
A leading hardware distribution company is seeking hardworking and dependable General Laborers/Lumpers to join their warehouse team. This position involves loading and unloading materials, palletizing products, and supporting warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be safety-conscious, physically capable, and committed to maintaining productivity and attendance standards.

Responsibilities
  • Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Palletize, sort, and organize products for shipment and storage.
  • Perform general warehouse labor duties as assigned.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving operations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow company safety policies and procedures.
  • Work overtime as needed to support operational demands.
Requirements
