Job description

American Lumper Services is a growing nationwide warehouse management company currently seeking motivated individuals to assist our Port Wenthworth, GA, location with manual loading and unloading of containers. Duties will include, but are not limited to: sorting retail merchandise by store number, building, wrapping, and staging of pallets. Warehouse experience is preferred. Willing to train. Apply today!!
  • Fast-paced work environment, time-critical unload goals
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store, break down totes)
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
  • Report any discrepancies
  • Effective communication abilities, including writing, speaking, and active listening
  • excellent problem-solving, decision-making, time management, and organizational abilities
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Other duties as assigned

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 6am-3pm
Weekly pay
$19.00/hr.
Productivity incentives paid weekly for hitting goals
Benefits:
  • Health Insurance- after 30 days
  • PTO- (accrual starts from day 1, but can not be used until day 90)

Requirements
  • Must undergo a background check
  • Must be able to pass a drug test
  • Must possess basic reading and math skills
  • Must have an eye for detail
  • Must be able to lift 25+ lbs. consistently
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, kneel, bend, crouch, or crawl
  • Steel-toe shoes are mandatory
