Lumina Mental Health | New Jersey (Community-Based)

Position Overview
Lumina Mental Health is seeking licensed and license-eligible clinicians to join our growing team as Intensive In-Community (IIC) Clinical Providers. This role involves delivering in-home and community-based therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families through New Jerseys Childrens System of Care (CSOC).
As an IIC provider, you will play a critical role in helping youth stabilize, build coping skills, and improve functioning across home, school, and community settings.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individual and family therapy in home and community environments
Complete clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates
Develop and implement individualized, strength-based interventions
Collaborate with Care Managers (CMOs), BAs, families, and other providers
Participate in case conferences and supervision
Maintain compliance with CSOC/PerformCare and agency standards
Support youth with challenges including behavioral, emotional, and trauma-related needs
Qualifications
Required: LCSW, LSW, LPC, LAC, LMFT (or license-eligible)
Minimum 1 year experience working with children/adolescents
Experience with community-based or in-home services preferred
Knowledge of CSOC/PerformCare a plus
Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
Valid drivers license & reliable transportation
